Short description of the structure:
The residential complex consists of five apartment buildings with a common underground garage, while the entire building is divided into four expansion units. The construction is based on strip foundations and footings supported by concrete vibration columns. In the underground storey, the vertical load-bearing system consists of a combination of reinforced concrete walls and columns, while in the above-ground storeys the load-bearing elements are reinforced concrete perimeter and intermediate walls. The horizontal structures are monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs supplemented by transport beams on the 1st floor. Part of the solution of the surroundings of the building is also small architecture, including noise barriers, retaining walls and fencing of the complex, which are made of reinforced concrete walls. The exterior also includes an outdoor shelter over the parking lot and a gazebo, which complement the functional and architectural design of the complex
